Contact Centre Advisor - (Inbound Customer Service - not a selling role)

Start date Monday 6th November 2017

Starting salary GBP17,600, potential to increase to GBP20,300 per annum

Shifts including weekends

38.75 hours per week

Acorn is recruiting for Contact Centre Advisors for their client based in Avonmouth, Bristol. As a Contact Centre Advisor you will deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers; answering queries, processing orders and creating awareness of offers and promotions.

Ideally you will have the following skills to be successful in the role:

  • Experience of delivering customer service
  • Friendly, personable and good at building rapport
  • Responsive and engaging
  • Communicating both verbally and in writing
  • Computer and IT skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Problem solving, using initiative and handling objections
