Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

Hours: Full & Part Time available

Salary:  £10-£14 per hour

Location: Walton on Thames, Cobham, Esher and surrounding areas

Our client is looking for Domiciliary Support Workers to work in Walton On Thames and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for the wellbeing, including the physical, emotional and social needs of the service users in a caring, kind, trustworthy and respectful manner, preserving dignity, privacy, choice, independence, fulfilment, rights and self-respect at all times.


Your main responsibilities will be to maintain strong communication and relationships with the service user and associated contacts.

Duties (included but not limited to):

  • To support the service user with preparation of meals as detailed in the support plan
  • To support the service user with any personal care
  • To support the service user with any domestic chores including cleaning and laundry
  • To support the service user with administering medication if required
  • To uphold the dignity and privacy of the service user as much as possible
  • To ensure the service user is free of any hazards, potential risks or any forms of abuse
  • To be willing to travel to between different service users homes
  • Hours of work can be flexible over any 24 hour period.

The right person will receive a full and comprehensive induction and skills based training, along with a mentoring system. You will also be given the opportunity to gain nationally recognised formal qualifications.
