Person Specification

• An excellent teacher - Graded 'Good' or 'Outstanding'
• Someone who is open to challenges and the exploration of new learning techniques
• A Team Player
• Must hold British QTS
• Legally entitled to work in the UK for 2 year's minimum
• Experienced teachers or NQT's both welcomed
• Strong ability to differentiate teaching with a focus on inclusion
• Inner city teaching experience beneficial
