HGV Diesel Mechanic/Technician - Taunton
Our client, due to it's successful growth is recruiting for a HGV diesel mechanic/ technician to join the Dealership workforce. You must be a fully qualified HGV mechanic / technician with either city & guilds or NVQ qualification and own tools.
The role of diesel mechanic is to work within the workshop dealing with repair and service of commercial vehicles within a timely manner and within industry standards.
Previous work for a Franchise dealer would be an advantage but not essential.
It is a busy workshop so Overtime is available
Excellent opportunity for good diesel mechanic.
Monday-Friday 40 hours day shift 08:00 - 17:00 and then a late shift of 13:00 to 22:30 one in every 3.
Salary GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 on the 40 hour shift, then some Saturday's rota at time and a half and lots of overtime available taking your pay to well over GBP30,000.00
C or C + E driving Licence is an advantage but not essential
