Business Development - UK Team Manager

Who will you be working for? This company is one of the UK's leading international money transfer providers, the largest independent employer in Penzance and the 2016 winner of Best Employer at the Cornwall Business Awards. You will lead their busy Business Development Team, who currently generate over GBP2 million in revenue annually from new and established partner relationships. Responsible for the teams' day-to-day management you'll help ensure that they have all the motivation, support and tools that they need to reach and stretch their financial targets. What are they looking for? They are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader and if you've previously worked in the Financial Sector that's a bonus. As a conduit between the Business Development team and their wider team you'll have to have strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal effectively with people at all levels of business. They need you to be motivated, hard-working, extremely well organised and enthusiastic. They will also be looking for someone with the ability to work on an operational level whilst keeping their strategic objectives front of mind. What else do I need to know?
