My client is currently recruiting for a number of experienced Audit Executives to join their renowned practice in Sheffield. As a market leading and dynamic practice, they require a driven Audit Executive to lead a team of on-site auditors.

Description
The suitable candidate will be innovative and forward-thinking with significant exposure to an audit environment. You will be confident in liaising with large businesses to develop and drive their industry presence.
You will play a pivotal role within the audit department, working as part of the team, leading on site audit teams, providing a hands on compliance and/or advisory role that exceeds client expectations.
You'll have a genuine interest in unlocking potential growth for dynamic organisations.
You'll seize opportunities and adapt quickly and wisely to changing conditions to maximise growth for both clients and the practice.
You'll apply critical reasoning to bring clarity and insight. By asking great questions, listening and drawing on our collective knowledge and experience, you'll really help others develop.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and reviewing work papers and drafts of financial statements
* Allocating work to other members of the audit team, managing associates and ensuring associates receive excellent on-the-job coaching
* Preparing and reviewing work papers and drafts of the financial statements
* Producing commercial management reports, specifically drafting sections of the report to management
* Overseeing all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion.
Profile
My client is looking for a forward thinking Audit Executive who is focused career progression.
Ideally fully qualified (ACA/CA/ACCA) or part-qualified, my client requires a driven individual who will thrive within a large and highly reputable organisation.
Education, experience and qualifications:
* There is a strong preference for the candidate to be professionally qualified (ACA, CA, ACCA)
* Experience of working on complex audits and delegating workloads accordingly
* Should be comfortable using audit software and Microsoft packages
