Cleaners
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's largest facility service providers based at the Hitachi train depot in Bristol. The successful candidates will be expected to clean state of the art train carriages and rolling stock on a rolling shift basis. Due to the location of the depot, candidates need to have access to their own transport.
You will be working as part of a team but also be expected to work alone at times. You are expected to be readily adaptable to any changes that arise to the operational plan as well as having the ability to work safely in a very busy environment under time limitations.
Following a satisfactory performance at Induction training, you will be allocated your shifts and be expected to complete a number of tasks on a daily basis. These will include maintaining cleanliness of carriages to ensure they are kept to the high standard that passengers expect, ensuring that all carriages are clean and free of litter/spillages. All cleaning equipment and products will be used according to strict guidelines and visual quality inspections should be undertaken of all work.
You will be expected to work at all times within the regulations stipulated within the Company Policies and Procedures and also complete any necessary paperwork and reports.
The cleaning operation for these roles are 7 days a week. The pay for this role is GBP7.80 per hour - Overtime is offered at GBP11.70 on Saturdays and GBP15.60 on Sundays
