Duties
* Build components to a consistently high level of quality, following the relevant Process Instructions and using hand tools and power tools
* To achieve and maintain a consistent build rate
* Each build will differ depending on customer requirements, it is therefore important to follow the specific build instructions to ensure the component fully meets the build specification
* You must comply with all safety requirements in particular manual handling procedures
* You will be expected to contribute to our improvement processes and help reduce waste in whatever way you can your suggestions for the improvement of working methods will be supported.
Candidate skills
* Must have good manual dexterity and must be able to maintain concentration in order to apply a good level of attention to detail
* Must be able to learn instructions and retain them
* Must be willing to learn new skills
* Must be flexible in approach; for example be prepared to work in different areas and work overtime as required
* Must be a good team player, that is to say, must respect Company rules and values and must respect others and work well with them
* Hours of work between 6.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday = 39 hour week
