Our client is an established IFA company in central Bath, with a vacancy for an experienced IFA to work on an employed basis, while advising their existing client bank and following up on regular leads provided. The company has been established for 25 years and has thousands of clients, mostly across the South-West.
The right candidate will be given a portfolio of clients to manage, after a 4 month proving period. You are likely to receive at least GBP30,000 in recurring income.
A regular flow of leads will be provided from in-house activities. There will be an expectation that the adviser also produces income from his or her own contacts, initiatives and efforts.
The business conducted will be investment, protection and pensions, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of Income Drawdown.
The role to be based either at the Bath or Cheltenham office, although there is no objection to an adviser working from home as well. Geographically, business is likely to be conducted throughout the UK, although with the majority of activities likely to be in the southern part of the country.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and business expectations - From GBP38k to GBP50k plus bonus
- A bonus will be provided in addition to salary
