Sales Surveyor

Sales Surveyor role to cover the West Midlands region, offering a basic salary of £22,000 to £25,000 plus commission and car for business use.

We are a specialist pest control company based in Kings Norton that offers a wide range of services to both domestic and commercial sectors.  The Company has seen rapid growth over the years with expansion into Garden, Hygiene, Bird Control and Property Clearance.  This expansion has been driven mainly due to customer demand.

Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 1 year’s facilities based sales experience
• A passion for sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills
• Ideally experience with SagePay and CRM systems
• Pest control experience is ideal but not essential.

Main Duties:

• Selling all of the Busters Group services to a broad spectrum of clients including both domestic and commercial
• Attend regular team meetings and management meetings when required, presenting own KPIs
• Meet sales targets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all levels of the Company
• Operate to Company systems and procedures
• Collect payments from customers as required
• To work as a team and including office sales days as and when required.

A full driving licence is essential as this post is mobile across the West Midlands.
