Change Analyst // Global Company // Cirencester // GBP45,000 + Incredible Benefits
My client, a multi-award winning, global and incredibly reputable organisation, are looking to appoint a technical consultant, to assist them on an incredibly exciting technical transformation across the company.
Main Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the Change Analyst is to support the change initiation process by ensuring change requests are assessed, analysed and managed through the initiation process appropriately. In doing so, the Change Analyst will work with stakeholders from all business areas and third party suppliers, to understand their needs, assess the business impacts, capture, analyse and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. The Change Analyst will play a key role in impact assessing change requests to fully understand the wider implications of a change or project.
What you will be doing:
*Engagement with stakeholders and business areas to ensure the need for change is identified, clearly articulated and understood
*Providing constructive challenge where appropriate to ensure change requests and high level requirements are of sufficient detail to proceed through impact assessment into successful delivery
*Providing support and advice to stakeholders to ensure the right outcomes
*Conducting analysis of business processes, systems and procedures to define high level business requirements
*Identifying the scope and scale of the change or project
*Clarifying key objectives and articulating clearly to aid wider understanding
*Coordinating requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that requirements accurately reflect specific business needs
*Estimating cost, time and resource requirements
*Risk and benefit evaluation
*Contributing to project plans
Who you are:
*In depth knowledge of how to initiate and manage change
*Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key contacts and stakeholders across varied organisational teams
*Strong change analysis experience
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Experience of managing change with 3rd party suppliers
*Lateral thinker - can demonstrate an ability to identify problems, find and drive through solutions
*Ability to work on several different and unrelated initiatives at any one time
*Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
