Job Description Chief Executive - Mind in Harrogate District
22 Hours Per Week
This is an exciting new post reporting to the Trustees. You will be responsible for advising the Trustees on the strategies needed to maintain and develop our services. You will take the lead in ensuring that we meet our contractual requirements and that we are well positioned to bid successfully for future opportunities. You will also represent the service at local regional and national meetings and events.
We are looking for an experienced manager and leader who has previous experience of bid writing and contract negotiations as well as experience of problem solving and developing practical strategies to meet service requirements However it is equally important that you have empathy with the service we provide to our service users and the challenges and opportunities that brings.
Salary; pro rata to GBP40,000 to GBP42,000 depending on skills and experience
