Our city wide service offers a domiciliary support and reablement service for adults and older adults experiencing fluctuating Mental Health, memory problems or with a formal diagnosis of dementia. The service operates throughout Bradford and the surrounding areas, including Keighley, Bingley and Shipley.
We require warm, positive individuals to promote our person centred ethos and work in close partnership with families and other agencies. You must be compassionate and able to provide both respectful personal care and personalised support. Full training is provided. Car drivers essential. You must be an experienced care worker to apply for this role.
