Lead Digital Solution Designer

Our client based in Staines, Surrey is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Lead Digital Solution Designer / Architect to join their fantastic organisation on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the solution design of multiple digital channels including but not limited to CRM, CMS and mobile applications. You will operate as a Senior Business Solutions Analyst but you will also have an additional high level technical specific competency that will enable the Solution Designer to take requirements through to proof of concept deliveries.

It is essential that the successful candidate will be skilled in the following competencies:

- High level Business Analysis
- Requirement definition and requirement management
- User experience analysis
- Systems design
- Business modelling
- Experience of working with a wide range of Digital solutions

Key responsibilities:

- Lead activity (including managing tasks of other Business Solutions Analysts) to translate business ideas into business/process outcomes and technology solution designs.
- Gathering, analysis and management of high level business requirements and translate requirements into solution options based on ?out of the box? capabilities (in required technologies)
- Develop solution options, prototype solutions by configuration of applications, and engage with stakeholders to agree optimal solution
- Deliver changes to service, process, organisation, operating model and other aspects as needed
- Take account of (and deliver solution options compliant with) relevant architectures, strategies, roadmaps, polices and standards.
- Develop and update system/solution/process documentation associated with the solution delivery.
- Work with colleagues to develop the IT strategy and supporting architecture.
- Provide input to and sign off the output from technical Proof of Concept related to the implementation of new features.
- Work with the wider project teams to be involved in project delivery

Key experience:

- Extensive experience working within a Lead Solution Architect, Lead Solution Designer or Lead Functional Designer role
- Experience or capturing requirements and designing digital solutions is essential
- In depth knowledge of the requirement management process
- Proven track record of working with project teams to deliver digital solution projects
- It is essential that you have worked within the digital space which will include but not limited to CMS, CRM and mobile applications
- Ideally you will have worked within a company who demonstrate digital innovation
- Working to Rapid Prototyping and Out of The Box configuration is highly advantageous
