Customer Service Agent/Call Handler
I am currently recruiting currently for a Customer Service Agent/Call Handler to join a large IT Service Provider based in Northampton to join a large IT Service Provider.
The individual will work as part of a Help/Service Desk team and have really Strong Customer Service skills and have a very good telephone manor.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and an excellent team player.
- Well organised and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Eye for detail
- Excellent written skills
