Principal Teachers are acting on behalf of a primary school in the Harrogate area. The Head Teacher has approached PT to assist in the schools search for a qualified L3 Teaching Assistant (TA) to commence a full time position starting ASAP on a long term, ongoing basis. The successful applicant will be offering support within Key Stage 1 (infants) and delivering interventions to small groups of children as directed by the Class Teacher. You will need to show a commitment to supporting teaching and learning in schools and have excellent subject knowledge. Experience of working with children identified as having special education needs would be advantageous. Based in the Harrogate area, this successful primary school is well regarded within the local community. You will have access to a wealth of resources and support within the KS1 team. You will need to show a commitment to supporting learning for all and fully embrace the school ethos and behaviour policy. The Head Teacher is seeking a TA with a Level 3 CACHE/NCFE qualification or equivalent.
