As an effective Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for understanding the patients’ needs and responding appropriately in order to offer patients an efficient and quality service. You will be required to support the patient’s journey by undertaking Administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner. Deliver excellence to their clients, patients and internal clients by Ensure inputted data is accurate and liaising with referrers, updating patient records and Adhering to IGSOC standards.
