Core Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm
£11.06 Per hour - 40 hours per week

Our client is committed to providing quality fresh food in the staff canteen at Pets at Home, Northampton. They are looking for someone
who is friendly, passionate about great food with a positive outlook and ‘can do' approach to catering.

Counter style service, you will need an eye for detail and be committed to high levels of customer service.

General duties:

* To ensure the smooth running of the kitchen offering high quality counter service for breakfast, lunch, tea time and night time service 7 days per week.
* Food production of breakfast and lunch offer Monday to Friday and pre-organise and set up of afternoon, evening and week-end shifts.
* Responsible for the training, co-ordination and communication of five staff across all evening and week-end shifts in your absence
* Planning, ordering and cost control of weekly menus on a weekly/daily basis
* Daily cash up and administration duties including weekly banking
* Maintaining company H&S and Food Safety systems such as weekly checklists and temperature records etc.

Experience of catering in Contract Catering is not essential but a proven track record of managing a team in a 7-day operation is desirable.
