This is an opportunity to join a fast growing, innovative company operating in the Staff Discount & Employee benefits sector, committed to fast track growth and expansion.

Their clients are some of the UK's largest employers operating within both the private and public sectors, for whom they provide point of sale discounts at thousands of local independent shops, restaurants, take-aways and hair salons throughout the UK - upon the presentation of their My Staff Shop membership card and/or voucher.

The role will involve contacting local independent businesses (by email or letter and phone), in our geographical target areas, to persuade them to offer a discount (usually 10%-20%) to any of their 150,000 eligible employees, in return for us promoting and marketing their business on their My Staff Shop platforms and corporate client intranets. It's a bit of a no brainer - free advertising/marketing for them to thousands of potential customers - and all they have to do is offer a small discount.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- a confident and positive go-getting attitude! Enthusiasm…enthusiasm…enthusiasm - if you don't have oodles of it - don't apply.
- a bubbly and confident telephone manner.
- a business mentality with bundles of self-motivation & self-belief.
- a driving ambition - a passion and hunger for success - a desire to be target driven - judged by results within a true meritocracy.
- a history of haggling and negotiating to achieve the best deal.

You will be reporting directly to their Chief Deal Maker and be an intrinsic part of a small elite team. Full training will be provided.

Salary: £15,250-£16,500 + bonus (1st Year on target earnings £20,000+), Pension & Amazing Benefits (Pro-rata if applying for part time opportunity which may be considered subject to a minimum of 18 hours per week).
