This post includes working flexible shifts supporting 2 adults with learning difficulties. This role will require you to communicate in different ways with the residents and support them with their day to day activities which are broken up through the day.
We are looking for someone who...
- Minimum of 12 months experience within a relevant environment or 6 months with a relevant qualification.
- Someone that is firm but fair - you will be dealing with situations where there is challenging behaviour.
- Is empathetic
- Happy to work different shift pattens
