You will be responsible for driving and supporting the overall achievement of the company sales targets, through proactively generating sales appointments and taking ownership of all allocated sales campaigns, sales research projects, lead generation and other assigned tasks.

What will your day look like?
You will be the dedicated contact at Capita Travel and Events for all reactive sales enquiries into the office ie through the website, LinkedIn, email enquiries and telephone calls
Researching new leads through various online and data channels and manage lead generation across corporate businesses
Manage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Work closely with the marketing department to build and deliver on effective outbound marketing campaigns, including the coordination of mail campaigns
You will review and analyse the effectiveness of marking campaigns
It would be great if you had...
Experience using a CRM system - ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Previous experience in sales administrative roles
Previous experience within the hospitality or Travel industry would be an advantage, but not essential
A good level of Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Target and deadline driven with the ability to balance changing priorities and different projects
Excellent customer service skills, with a confident and chatty personality and a self-driven attitude
