We currently have a number of permanent customer focused and Back Office roles for a leading Financial Services organisation based in Wilmslow.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will have the opportunity to join one of a range of teams across the organisation with the responsibility of ensuring that a professional service and support is provided to both clients and colleagues at all times.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who combine strong customer handling and administration skills with a positive approach and a desire to achieve results.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can provide an excellent customer service to both colleagues and customers at all times
  • Has an organised approach to your work load and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Has good basic IT knowledge, accurate keyboard skills and strong attention to detail
  • Is pro-active and uses initiative in improving customer experience
  • Possesses a can do attitude and volunteer for new challenges
  • Is adaptable and can work with changing processes and updates to legislation

Some previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative support role would be ideal; in return the organisation will train and build up your skills and knowledge of their customers, products, business sector and work values.
