FINTEC recruit is seeking an Area Manager for our Educational client based in Manchester. This is a permanent position with a salary of £25000 - 27000 depending on experience.
Job Role:
- Improve the quality of instruction and delivery
- Support Instructors with strategies to ensure growth
- Prioritise area activities such as centre visits, training and analysing
- Instructor and student progress
- Continuously develop your knowledge and expertise of internal bespoke learning practice
Requirements:
- Experience in the education sector
- Great spoken and written skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Flexible for hours of work
- Full UK Driving License
