Therefore a position has opened up for a Head of Marketing, reporting directly into the Managing Director, to shape the future of our business.
As the Head of Marketing you will be a key member of the management team, supporting the growth, positioning, client retention, and lead-generation pipeline of BPS.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a Marketing Plan to deliver against the BPS business plan and mission
- Develop, measure and enhance the BPS brand, what we stand for, and how this should be communicated to our various stakeholder audiences
- Generate leads for new business acquisition, and develop programs to support key client engagement and retention
- Evolve the BPS market proposition and brand story, bringing our values to life in our communications
- Manage all marketing channels, building the brand of BPS within the recruitment and client space
- Define and drive the BPS Reputation Outreach Program - identifying and building the appropriate messaging strategy for each audience segment
- Track the recruitment landscape - identify and communicate the key value drivers of the BPS service
In order to be considered for the position of Head of Marketing, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience within B2B or service industry marketing
- Commercial acumen with experience of lead generation and nurturing
- Experience of working in an organization with a strong international client base
- Proven experience in driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance corporate profile and partner relations
- Understanding of digital channels and social B2B influencer marketing channels
- A highly motivated, energetic, self-starter who works effectively and efficiently with minimum hands-on supervision
- Experience in crafting compelling positioning, thought leadership content and targeted sales assets
