This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate interested in environmental issues, and Customer Service. ROLE: Green Doctor Advisor SALARY: GBP21,989 plus non-contractual bonus FIXED TERM: March 2018 OPERATIONAL AREA: Oxford / Newbury / Swindon LOCATION: Oxford This role will focus on supporting Thames Water's water efficiency programme. During your home-visits you will be assessing and implementing a range of 'easy' water saving measures and devices, as well as offering easy behavioural change advice to help customers. Using your proven track record of customer facing and communication skills, you will actively assist in leading day to day operations to ensure that exemplary customer service is delivered with residents, tenants and leaseholders. The ideal Green Doctor Advisor will be passionate about customer service, helping people and helping reduce the use of a precious resource: Water. You will strive to maintain the standard levels and requirements of the client and of Groundwork. A mobile phone, iPad and van will be provided for visits. You will be comfortable with using an ipad for managing your diary and reporting using a range of software, and driving to and from several appointments a day.
