Based across the county on 4 main campuses and with 4 smaller centres, the College offers an extensive range of courses at all levels and has ambitious plans for growth in a region with exciting potential.
 
They are currently recruiting for a Lecturer in Management (Human Resources) to join their Devizes Campus delivering CIPD to students at Level 3, 5 and 7. Within this part time role, working 18.5 hours per week, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment; ensuring students reach their maximum potential. You will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, contribute to the wide enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added.
 
The successful candidate will hold a relevant HR qualification (Level 7 CIPD or a Higher Degree in HR / HR Management or equivalent) and have substantial experience in the HR industry. You will also hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
