Insight Analytics - Lead

My client is a a renowned brand in the country and is now looking to build a new Insight Analytics team and counts with the best to lead and guide the new-coming junior professionals.

This position will suit an experienced analyst looking for the opportunity to mentor bright individuals within the analytics field.

You will be looking at the core areas of the business, providing insights that can improve processes as well customer satisfaction as well as provide accurate results relative to both forecast and KPIs.

Regarding skill set, you will be expected to have:

Strong academic background within an analytical/mathematical field (Operational Research/Data Science/Machine Learning/Statistics/Computer Science/Mathematics);
Knowledge of applied operational research methodologies.
Statistical and predictive modelling skills in R or SAS;
Strong skills in SQL;
Exposure to machine learning and predictive modelling techniques;
Experience with programming languages such as C, R and Python;
Self starter attitude, capable of making decisions and reach out for the right answers;
Good stakeholder management skills;
Business Awareness;
Commercial focus.
