ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
LOUTH
weekend Shifts Fri – Mon / 6am – 6pm (46 hours per weekend)

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer, with an electrical bias, to join their weekend shift team, working day shifts, reporting to the Engineering Manager. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering with a relevant Engineering Apprenticeship you will provide engineering support to all departments through comprehensive maintenance of plant, equipment and auxiliary services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance to a high standard on industrial process plant and machinery
- Assist with new installations when required
- Continuously improve standards within the department with a focussed approach to problem solving and prioritising workload to minimise production downtime
- To apply a pro-active approach to maintenance with the ability to apply strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- To execute work instructions assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader in a timely, safe and efficient mange using the company CMMS and other IT tools
Personal Specification:
- Relevant Electrical Engineering qualification with recognised apprenticeship
- 17th Edition Qualification, desirable
- Relevant experience within a fast moving production environment
- Ability to engage and express ideas
- Good verbal, numerical and IT skills, essential
- FLT counterbalance licence, desirable
