An excellent opportunity has now arisen for Systems Analyst to join us at our office in Gloucester.
Sitting within the Finance Systems team, the Systems Analyst will have responsibility primarily for HR systems, but will need to recognise the cross-over to Operations, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, etc.
You will assist the Business Analyst to analyse, standardise and maintain our Workday HR system whilst processing requirements with customers and end-users to maximize customer compliance and use of HR Process.
Taking responsibility to implement new business processes for dynamic improvements in information systems, practices, and procedures, you will be joining an established yet growing team working together to ensure the successful delivery of information solutions from our central business functions to our national operational teams.
This is a unique opportunity for outstanding individuals to forge a career as a certified HCM Workday specialist and play an integral role in managing how its utilised by the business within a solutions-focused, fast paced and vibrant environment.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have strong people skills and a structured approach to analysis.
With financial and commercial awareness, you will be experienced in data and information analysis and will have knowledge of HRIS processes.
