Dovecote Bakery is a busy family run bakery specialising in making sourdough bread, speciality yeasted bread and sweet goods for wholesale in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Our ethos is to create the highest quality bread from our own formulas using traditional baking techniques.

We are looking for a baker to join our friendly team, with the skills to accurately weigh down ingredients and the hand skills to form a variety of rolls and loaves.

Some experience with sourdough would be beneficial but training will be provided as part of the induction.

Shift patterns will vary so flexibility and the willingness to work early mornings, days or nights is important.
