Constellation Risk Manager
Location: London (with possible travel to USA)
Rate: GBP800 per day (inside IR35)
Duration: 3 - 6 months
Whats needed for me to be considered:
- Proven ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and comply with statutory requirements
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to gather and interpret complex information from a variety of sources.
- Proven experience of stakeholder engagement, preferably across government and industry/academia
- Strong background in complex financial or contractual instruments
- Experience of complex financing structures such as PPP/PFI (or international equivalents) and an understanding of the parties and documentation involved.
Experience in three or more of the following is desirable:
- Previous experience in a legal environment
- Experience of working within a licensing or regulatory function
- Experience of managing multi-party commercial transactions
- Project Management
- Experience working with foreign investors, including from the US
Qualifications Required:
- Background in law / legal qualification
