Due to our rapid and continued growth we require an energetic Local Property Expert to operate in the Oxfordshire area. They can build a scalable, profitable business in their local community and be highly respected for the service and customer experience delivered.

As a Local Property Expert / Estate Agent/Licenced Business Partner, you will have the freedom to manage your availability and the rate of growth you want for your business. You'll be the local expert in your area, building your business and your reputation. You'll be doing everything you love, meeting customers, helping and supporting them and selling houses, not delivering leaflets, knocking doors or promising a service your team struggle to deliver. Your earning potential is uncapped.

As a Licenced Business Partner, you'll have the power to develop your own business and your career at a pace to suit you. What are the responsibilities of the Local Property Expert?

You will have a dedicated territory defined by a set of postcodes, within which you can build and grow your business whilst we invest heavily in marketing, technology, support and infrastructure to deliver an exceptional customer experience and make your life so much easier.

- To help support our Buyers and Vendors, ensuring they receive the best possible service from Purplebricks, the next-generation Estate Agent.

- Providing an honest valuation of the property that meets the needs and expectations of the customer. Your earning potential is uncapped across all the products and services we offer.

What do we look for in a Local Property Expert?

- Someone who genuinely loves customers and enjoys serving and supporting them

- A strong desire to be successful and grow your business

- Sound knowledge of the local property market.

- An overwhelming passion and enthusiasm

- Strong valuation experience at either Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
