After Sales Support
After Sales Support - GBP20,000 - Electronics / Physics Graduate?An excellent communicator is required for a manufacturing company. Ideally you will have a degree in Electronics or Physics (or a good education background in Physics or Electronics).
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and day to day duties include answering customers' after sales technical questions. Also remote troubleshooting of products so a technical mind is a must.
As the After Sales Support; you will;
- Ideally have a degree in Electronics or Physics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
Your role as an After Sales Support;
- Reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Answering customers' after sales technical questions.
- Remote troubleshooting of products.
- Technical interface between the Production department and customers in the event of a repair.
- Preparation of Operation Manuals' technical content and review of existing manuals.
- Customer training.
The package for the After Sales Support:
- GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Full time position - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
