Our client are seeking a Service Coordinator to join their UK & ROI Sales Service Coordinators team who facilitate the service delivery process from enquiry through to supply and invoice.

The role is on a full-time, permanent basis and based in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities (not exclusively):

  • To promptly process orders and implement the service contract scheduling and invoicing process.
  • To co-ordinate customer visits, both reactive and proactive, including 24 hour priority response, commissioning, survey and audit requests.
  • To optimise the opportunities that your customer touches give you - asking the right questions and sharing, as appropriate.
  • To liaise closely with credit control and sales engineers to manage our activities, protecting our working relationship whilst pro-actively managing risk.
  • To undertake root cause analysis, recommending continuous improvement activities.

Personal Specification:

  • Ability to multi task and manage own time effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure results.
  • Excellent commercial awareness & customer focus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
