Assistant Store Manager - Pop Up Store!

As the Assistant Store Manager, your duties will be to:
- Support the Store Manager by maintaining exceptional store visual standards, creating a truly memorable shopping experience for customers.
- Develop your team to give the very highest standards of customer service, spotting and maximising their potential and ensuring adequate cover at all times.
- Motivate your team through communicating store targets and driving sales performance across the floor, and act as a Brand Ambassador to deal confidently with escalated customer queries and issues.
To be a successful Assistant Store Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous retail management experience in fashion is essential.
- The ability to drive a team to achieve and exceed company standards in a fast paced environment.
- A creative flair for merchandising with the ability to understand our customer's needs.
- A strong communicator with a natural coaching ability to nurture and develop your team.
In return, the Assistant Store Manager will receive a salary of up to GBP23,000 per annum.
