People Insights Analyst
City of London
£40000 - £50000 per annum
Role Summary
The jobholder will develop, co-ordinate a reporting operating rhythm and be accountable for providing expert insight advice to people and change team for guiding and supporting evidence based people related business decisions. You will ensure the production of accurate and timely people metrics, work in an environment where you will be regularly meeting with HR professionals to communicate key findings and recommendations. You will enjoy using your broad HR knowledge and strong analytical and communication skills to engage with key stakeholders to enable the facilitation and appropriate management of insight tools and techniques to support the delivery of business objectives
Key Accountabilities:
Developing 'fit for purpose' insight tools and techniques that can increase / maximise strategy development and robust commercial decision making;
Production of high quality, relevant and timely people data;
Review aggregate people metrics / dashboard data to develop employee insight findings and recommendations;
Identify opportunities to combine data sources to create insight, thought leadership or support business objectives;
Undertaking external networking, research, benchmarking and thought leadership to shape best practice approaches for insight and encourage positive recognition externally;
Involvement in relevant projects that impact insight & data collection;
Collaboration with the internal communications team to combine relevant insight outputs to reinforce or challenge HR strategy and plans;
Acts as the member of the people and change team and collaborates with CoE specialists;
Required Knowledge, Experience & Skills
The successful job holder should have proven experience of working in a corporate environment and an ability to work closely and credibly with stakeholders across the HR professionalisms. The job essential skills lie in:
