Sage 50, Sage 200 or ERP / Accounting Software Support Consultant to work for a thriving software consultancy in Tewkesbury who are resellers of Sage business management and financial software and CRM solutions. Starting salary to GBP28k plus company benefits.
This is a real opportunity for an Applications Support Consultant with Sage 50, Sage 200 or accounting, finance, payroll or ERP software support experience, to work with a talented and friendly team of Software Implementation Consultants and Support Analysts looking after a large base of clients and building strong relationships.
As a Support Consultant, you will be part of the help desk / support desk, taking enquiries by telephone and email and providing resolution to their clients accounting software problems. You will log and track your calls / requests, adhering to SLA's and escalating problems where necessary. There will be plenty of opportunities in the future to get involved in software implementation and / or training.
You need confidence and personality, a really good telephone manner and knowledge of Sage 50, Sage 200, Accounting, Finance, Payroll or ERP software with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a 'can do' attitude. You will enjoy working for a small company, 25 strong, where you can make real impact and use your initiative.
Candidates should be bright and enthusiastic, with proven experience of either supporting or working with professional accounting software such as Sage 50, Dynamics NAV, Agresso, Sage 200, Lawson, Access Accounts, Epicor, Sage Line 500, Iris Exchequer, SunSystems, SAP Business One, NetSuite, COA, Coda or any other similar solution. You should have great customer service skills and a thirst for learning. You will get full training across to their Sage 200 products if you have the relevant accounting / ERP support skills.
