Assistant Manager Details:
The Restaurant Assistant Manager has the responsibility for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of their restaurant. The Assistant Manager will represent their Five Guys restaurant with inspirational leadership, passion, energy, knowledge and ensure every customer has a memorable experience. The Assistant Manager must coach and lead their team to serve perfect burgers and perfect fries, their restaurants must be clean and their customers to return as fanatics!
