Naval Architects/Marine Engineers

FINTEC recruit is seeking Naval Architects/Marine Engineers/Engineers at all levels up to a Senior level for our marine client based close to Bristol. The roles are permanent with salaries ranging from £34,000 to £40,000 plus benefits

Engineers with a background in Naval Architecture, Marine, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering as well as other Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related backgrounds will be considered. You will be a great communicator and a self starter

Responsibilities of the Naval Architects/Marine Engineers/Engineer position:-

• Investigate, develop and offer technical recommendations
• Build strong networks through engagement with external customers and subcontractors;
• An effective problem solver, able to balance theoretical assessments with pragmatic solutions.
• ensuring the accuracy of their outputs, from understanding requirements, to ensuring appropriate review and acceptance

Skills and Experience required:-

• Have a strong background in a STEM related discipline, either as an ex operator or a designer/analyst with a track record of delivery.
• Understand the need to deliver our commitments, to the customer, to prescribed Time, Cost and Quality targets.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Project.
