Salary: £7.50 per hour
Working Hours: 24 hours per week
Location: Head Office, Meriden, CV7
Our client is currently recruiting an administrator to join their team in Meriden. The main responsible will be providing administrative support to colleagues within the group. Support ranges from clerical and logistical matters to document production and the effective use of office applications.
About the Role
As an administrator some of your key responsibilities will involve;
- Welcoming visitors
- Monitoring the reception area and ensuring it is always kept clean and tidy
- Pass telephone calls on effectively and efficiently, taking detailed messages and full telephone details
- Arranging meeting rooms and sorting out refreshments
- Preparing meeting/training packs
- Maintain databases and records
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Ordering stationery and keeping supplies in order
- General office duties, incl. photocopying, laminating & filing
- Supporting other team members with their day to day activities
- Organise travel and accommodation for our team on site
About You
As an administrator your skills and qualifications will ideally include;
- GCSE's or equivalent
- Accurate typing skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Smart appearance
- Approachable personality
- Team player
Working Hours
Working hours are flexible to suit but must be fixed once started. The position is part time working 24 hours per week Monday – Friday, this can be split over 3 working days, working 8 hours per day or over 5 days working 5 hours per day.
