Faculty Director, Curriculum Design
A full-time role working across the Lifestyles faculty, based from Oxford

The Lifestyles faculty delivers career pathway programmes across Hospitality, Sport, Hair and Beauty, with a strong track record of good and outstanding performance.

The person they are searching for will be driven by a desire to inspire their learners to take responsibility, aim high, earn respect and make it happen.

You will be brave and curious, able to demonstrate an enterprising and market-focused mindset, and present strong evidence of both analytical and organisational skills.

The successful candidate, with an insight into the jobs and curriculum of the future, will have lead responsibility for designing and innovating their curriculum in a variety of learning contexts, while working alongside fellow directors as part of the faculty leadership team to ensure they continue to develop the right culture to meet their challenging goals.
