Fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT & Office Manager to join an expanding company based in Frodsham!

Company

The company is a UK based MRO organisation with operations worldwide. The services provided by the company include Line & Base maintenance, AOG Support, CAMO, Aircraft Storage, Teardown/Recycling and Parts Processing.

Key duties & responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the administrative department across all areas of the business
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Delegating work
  • Managing office budgets
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and report
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Organising and arranging meetings and appointments
  • Work closely with senior management team
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Archiving and document production
  • All recruitment, training, induction, HR Management
  • Organising induction programs for new employees
  • Handling staff recruitment and appraisals
  • Keeping of personnel records
  • Management of staff absence and holidays
  • Plan and co-ordinate exhibition events
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Procurement of office IT equipment
  • Set up new users’ accounts, profiles and computers for employees
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems with external IT Company
  • Monitoring of all IT equipment throughout the company network (worldwide)
  • Software inventory and license management
  • Reformatting and archiving of returned IT equipment
  • Ensuring backup systems operate effectively across the network
  • Co-ordination with eternal IT Company to develop disaster recovery plants
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date and maintained

Candidate Requirements

  • Reliability and discretion
  • Experience in Office Management & excellent organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of server and networks
  • Computer literate and the ability to use full range of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to be methodical and precise with high attention to detail
  • Ability to organise own work to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability

In return, the company offers a competitive base salary of between £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
