Trainee Recruitment Consultant (School Leaver Entry Level)

This is a unique Trainee Recruitment Consultant / entry-level job opportunity in which you will be fully trained, without prior recruitment experience to work as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Enterprise Recruitment is a recruitment agency specialising in engineering & technology recruitment. You will find working as a Recruitment Consultant is a very varied and challenging job, and in this Trainee / Entry level recruitment consultant role, you will be handling all aspects of recruitment working with a diverse range of clients across the UK who will all have technology and engineering roles to fill. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be working to find graduates as well as experienced engineers jobs within the engineering sector. You DO NOT need experience to work for us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant - this entry level position comes with training.

Our clients design the latest technology gadgets - it could be the next smartwatch, the next camera used by the film industry, or the touch-screen entertainment system you might find in your next car. In this Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Entry level role, you may find yourself talking to people who design satellite technology used in Space or those who are developing instruments for the medical industry that will end up helping people in hospital. It's all really fascinating and the best thing about it is that this training scheme doesn't require specific experience, although we do look for Trainees who possess certain qualities.

Requirements:

We need people who are extremely driven, self-motivated, ambitious and money-motivated. This entry level Recruitment Consultant position is essentially a sales role, where you will be generating revenue (and lots of commission for yourself!) for every engineer you place into a job. What we need from you:

We take on graduates as well as people without degrees - it's specific personality traits we are looking for, you'll be the kind of person who:

• loves to challenge yourself.
• enjoys talking to people over the phone.
• Is articulate and smart - clever enough to pick up and learn about the technology industry we cover.
• You will be bright and achieved excellent GCSE results, including GCSE English Language Grade A
• Likes learning - there are always new things to learn!
• Is determined, self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities:

Rest assured, you will be given vacancies and clients to work with - you won't be cold-calling. You will be managing client accounts, sourcing and managing jobseekers through a recruitment process and writing job adverts along the way. The job is varied and no two days are the same. Start date: flexible.

Salary: up to GBP20k base salary + commission + bonuses + benefits. Commission is uncapped and starts from day one. There is no limit to your earning potential. In your first year youll likely make GBP20K - GBP30K, after that, it's up to you, but the successful ones will make GBP50K and more.
