Customer Success Manager – Norwich, Norfolk - £20-25k (hours 1pm to 9pm)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading technology company.
You will join an existing team to work with high-profile US based companies.
Activity will include:
Working with the Sales teams to prepare bespoke demonstrations on potential client’s websites. An understanding of how websites and work and how they are built will help with this activity
Working with clients to help them implement the product on their website,
First line support to clients, via web chat, email or phone. Helping clients with a range questions ranging from simple re-configuration or admin tasks, through to initial diagnosis
Skills required
Written and verbal communication skills to talk with clients – could be marketing team, sales teams or technical teams at the client
Custom Support experience – preferably support of a system or service
Understanding of technical side of website build – to allow engaged conversations with clients and initial high level diagnosis of problems (no need coding or website development experience, although could be an advantage)
Multitasking (lots of support requests active at any one time)
Attentional to detail
