Sales Administrator / Sales Support Administrator / Customer Service / Telesales / Account Manager

Sales Administrator with previous telephone experience is needed for our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Wellingborough. They manufacture a world-renowned range of specialist products primarily for the print and packaging industries with manufacturing facilities in the US, Italy, China and the UK, giving them technical diversity and vision.

They are looking for a self-motivated, confident individual with a friendly attitude to join their Sales team.

The Role:

  • Inputting orders on to their Efacs (Excel based) system
  • Liaising with the warehouse on lead times and deliveries
  • Invoicing and credit control
  • Answering the telephone and general office administration
  • Dealing with customers enquires and sending quotations on behalf of the Outside Sales Team
  • One third of your time will be dedicated to the telephone, building relationships with clients and cold calling to identify opportunities, produce leads and make sales
  • Providing support to the outside sales team making appointments and providing them with high quality leads

Key Skills:

  • Telephone experience - excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge - advanced experience with Excel
  • Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage
  • Calm professional team player with a positive can-do attitude

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
