Sales/ Customer Service Advisor - Widnes
Sales / Customer Service Advisor - £8-10 p/h Dependant on experience
Temp to Perm role after 12-20 Weeks depending on performance
I have an exciting new position which has come up for a candidate in the Widnes area. My Client is looking for an experienced Customer Service advisor to join their busy sales department helping with inbound customer service and sales calls.
The role will involve;
Taking incoming sales and customer service calls.
Taking orders from customers.
Outbound Calls to customers confirming details of orders and general details.
No Cold calling.
Writing down all details of orders/ and customers needs.
The candidate will need to have at least 12 months customer service or sales experience to apply for this role. Please do not apply if you do not have this.
