Account Manager

Your role will be mainly telephone based with time also spent on administrative activities to support customers, with the ultimate aim of growing the volume and value through customer service, commercial awareness and sales acumen
Objective of role:
- Tasked with maintaining a profitable customer portfolio, whilst adding value for both the customer and FLEETCOR ensuring regular proactive account management to your customers and identifying commercially viable options to increase revenue.
- Exceed customer requirements by building professional relationships both internally and externally, resolving any issues whilst also identifying root cause analysis.
Skills & Experience:
- Customer management experience within large and complex organisations.
- Ability to influence customer decisions persuasively through telephone and email communications.
- The usual, being proactive, having excellent time management skills, commercial awareness and focus on delivering results are all essential in this role.
