Practice Accountant, GBP35,000 - GBP40,000, Shepton Mallet
A fabulous opportunity to join a well managed firm of accountants, and perform a prominent role within the office. This is essentially a manager role looking after a portfolio of clients. As a minimum the candidate will be very well versed in dealing with the accounts, tax and VAT compliance.
The key quality they are looking for here is a very good "finisher". They really need somebody who can finalise accounts and tax returns, draft a letter and fee note which when passed to the Partner requires very little amendment or change. For an ambitious accountant, there is potential in 5 years time you could be a partner within the firm.
