Business Administration Assistant       
Cuddington, Northwich (CW8 2LJ)

At Oakmere Wealth Management we are looking to expand our established support team with a Business Administration Assistant with the potential for career progression within the company.

We offer a bespoke personal service for all our clients and are looking to grow our enthusiastic team. You must be a great team player and be willing to learn.  We are passionate about our clients and you must be too.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Financial Planner and Practice Manager and training will be given on the job.

Core duties and responsibilities involve:
•    Inputting new client data on to the system
•    Ensure client data is accurate and kept up to date
•    Maintaining an efficient client data base
•    Producing client valuations
•    Preparing client pack and diary management for the Adviser
•    Effective pipeline management
•    Telephone handling and dealing with clients on a face to face basis
•    Post handling and distribution

Skills required
•    PC Skills including MS Word & Excel, Outlook and internet
•    Excellent telephone skills
•    Ability to work to deadlines
•    Accurate and timely data entry skills
•    Good team player
•    Excellent time management and organisational skills
•    GCSE Maths and English A-C
•    Experience within the financial services industry is not essential.

The hours are:
•    Mon 9 -1
•    Tuesday 9-5
•    Thursday 9-5
•    Friday 1-5

Pay rate £7.70 per hour

Candidates must be available to work during school holidays as this is a job share.
