SPIRES COFFEE BAR SUPERVISOR (TRURO)
£14,942 per annum
We are seeking to appoint an individual to work at our dedicated Spires Coffee Bar based at our main site in Truro. The successful candidate's prime responsibility will be to manage and coordinate a busy coffee bar including line management responsibility for an apprentice as well as supervising students. You will be committed to achieving either a Hospitality & Catering qualification or a Team Leading/Management qualification. Applicants should have a good understanding of hospitality and catering, a level 3 qualification in Food & Beverage Supervision or equivalent as well as some industrial experience. Excellent organisational and administration skills are essential.
